Cascade is a water genasi soldier of Buttermilk Under the Sea who asked the Cacklers for help against an invading force.
History
Terra Misu Umber, Oolong and Juliette were asking around in a nearly deserted tavern in Buttermilk when a water genasi came in for a drink. Cascade overheard them, introduced himself, and explained that his people under the sea just off the coast were being attacked. The party agreed to help.
He cast water breathing on them and took them under. They found the Rose Ribbon Army searching for the Star Orb and fought off a group of soldiers at the temple. Cascade’s sending stone then called all troops back to the residential districts to help with the evacuation. He answered the call, but first gave the party two senzu beans.
