Quick facts
Silk is a Pale Fang contact who paid Escher for his work and handed him the organization’s biggest job: the assassination of Bulma Briefs.
History
While the party was helping Catman’s mayoral campaign on the Saline Coast, Escher secretly met Silk at the Pink Salt Pavilion. Silk rewarded him for his previous work with a cache of platinum bars and a specialized magical blade, the Silencer’s Verdict. Silk then offered him a “blackout job” with a massive payout of 250,000 gold: kill Bulma Briefs, CEO of Capsule Corp. Escher accepted and kept it hidden from his companions.
Escher later walked away from the Pale Fang. By then his younger brother Fable had been hired separately, through the handler Scuzz, to kill Bulma as well.
