An Ozaroo is the giant, rampaging ape that a Saiyan with a tail becomes under an eclipse, real or simulated. Cutting off the tail ends the transformation and leaves the Saiyan unconscious.
Campaign 1
In PoorsTown on Mount Paozo, the child Goku turned into a giant ape at the eclipse on Tappin’ Day and destroyed the town, over and over, inside a time loop. The Cacklers found a way to stop him without any children dying, which broke the loop (C1 Chapter 03).
Campaign 2
- The closing ceremonies (Session 27): The Saline Splendor Festival’s daytime fireworks made a false eclipse, and Ellery became a giant ape of pure rage. Escher sliced off her tail and she collapsed back into her normal form. Her tail grew back days later.
- North City (Sessions 64–66): The Whisper shattered the crescent artifact Prince Vegeta had given Ellery, shouting “burst open and mix,” and its light turned Ellery, Goku, Vegeta and the young Gohan into rampaging Ozaroo in the warehouse district. Sophie held Ellery in place with a spell. Greene cut off Goku’s tail and then Vegeta’s, and Terra Misu sliced off Gohan’s, leaving a helpless three-year-old. The Cacklers were later criticized by Marrow Vane for the damage.
