The Board of Sweet Lords is the ruling council of the Velvet Truffle Company. Its three members each rule one Dominion, and they answer only to the Grand Confectioner, Gideon Velgrave.

Known activity
Gideon Velgrave sends the Board a monthly memorandum. In Session 71 it reminded them that The Mistress’s directive was still in force: no Dominion operation may engage, provoke or entangle The Cacklers, their households, their academy, or their affiliates.
The Sweet Lords don’t always pull together. Seraphina wants Escher arrested for the murder of her husband, Kenton Rusk. Cadbury would rather catch the whole Fellowship at once, and his push for brumestone-free airships would cut around Seraphina’s control of the ports.
Masha’s home of Beerlia falls under Seraphina’s Islands Dominion.
