Quick facts
Type: City · Landmarks: Pilaf’s castle, Capsule Corp · Notable events: King Piccolo’s release and sealing
West City is the home of Capsule Corp. In Campaign 1 it fell to King Piccolo after Emperor Pilaf unsealed him.
Under Piccolo
By the time the Cacklers arrived, much of the city was already in ruins and Piccolo’s minions were firing on ships as they approached. The party snuck into Pilaf’s castle, where Meo and his partner Mai were held in a makeshift prison on the third floor, and where Elyon killed Meo. Piccolo confronted them in the castle courtyard and killed Oolong, who was revived outside (C1 Chapter 07).
The party searched the city for Juliette’s old contacts, found a Deck of Many Things in an old hideout, and met Reese and Bulma Briefs at Capsule Corp. Piccolo’s minions then dragged the citizens to Pilaf’s castle for a speech, where Piccolo ate Pilaf and set his children loose on the crowd. Bulma got the party out by capsule to Parmesan Diego.
Afterward, Emerald was blamed by The Collector for letting a major western city “devolve into absolute chaos and death.” Bulma’s advice was to “stay the hell away from West City” (C1 Chapter 08).
The Cacklers came back with Sophie, Goku, and Master Toshi and fought Piccolo at his West City mansion, where Toshi died and was reincarnated and Greene sealed Piccolo in the jar (C1 Chapter 11).
In Campaign 2
One of the three teleportation circles in Coghaven’s shipping bay sends goods directly to a warehouse in West City (Session 80).
