Herschel Nougat is the Sweet Lord of the East Dominion of the Velvet Truffle Company. He is the head of the company’s operations on the eastern continent, and the party first learned his name from the Board’s makeup. They met his work, not him, until he took over the Saline Coast.
History
On the morning of the sixth, four days before the election, Nougat arrived on the Saline Coast aboard Gravy Bones’s ship to take personal command of the city. The rebels and the Fellowship learned this on the day it happened (Session 84). Taking him down is one of the goals the party set for itself, along with finding Gravy Bones, destroying the company’s fleet, unrigging the election and, eventually, killing a dragon.
